Challenging Behaviour Foundation Family Support Worker post is funded

BBC Children In Need, so if you have made a donation to Children In

| The
Changing Places campaign aims to
get fully accessible toilets into
all major public areas, including a hoist, changing bench and lots of
space. A Changing Places toilet
is different to a standard accessible toilet.
It is a room equipped with an adjustable changing bench and a hoist to
allow people to use the toilet with assistance or have their continence
pads changed.

help with transport costs to and from hospital. Help with these costs
is available if you or your partner gets Income Support
If
you would like more information then you will need a copy of HC11 '
Help with Health Costs' which should be available from your local job
centre plus, NHS Hospital, Pharmacist, Doctor, Dentist or Optician. You
will also need to get relevant claim forms

potential dangers and security risks within the home. Assessments on offer are:
